“THE PADDINGTON” is located adjacent to one of the most historic locations in Hong Kong - the Bishop Hill Service Reservoir; A century-old reservoir awarded as a Grade 1 historic structure by the Antiquities Advisory Board in 2021. After being decommissioned for numerous decades, the reservoir still preserves the iconic Roman architectural features, such as the red brick arches and the 108 neatly arranged granite piers1that contribute to its classical appearance. The reservoir offers a precious glimpse into the timeless beauty of European classical architecture in Hong Kong.

“THE PADDINGTON” is a magnificent residential development erected on the mountain slope of Bishop Hill. A prime location that enables the capture of spectacular views. Master design teams – P&T and URBIS majestically utilisue the development’s superior location, gracefully integrate the greenery living concept derived from THE PADDINGTON district of Australia into the project. In THE PADDINGTON district of Australia, double-storey terraced houses from the Victorian era, which the locals refer as - Paddo Terrace, are unique architectural design that embodies the characteristics of Paddington’s people and environment. The design team – URBIS, inspired by the Paddo Terrace and Henderson Land’s G.I.V.E , creates four sets of double-storey special gardens. This design provides an innovative perspective of the four thematic elements - mountains, water, seasons, and culture into the design of four special gardens.

The next generation values the significance of a healthy lifestyles and strives to be enriched through the body, mind and soul. "THE PADDINGTON" incorporates the suburb lifestyle of Paddington, Australia into the overall garden landscape and clubhouse facilities. The development covers an approximately 10,000 square feet2 of communal garden area3, it features facilities such as "Water Play Area" or "Green Lounge" where residents can have a sensory interaction with nature.

Located in the prime downtown area of Kowloon, “THE PADDINGTON” is situated on the rear section of Sai Yeung Choi Street North, residents can enjoy both the peacefulness and vibrancy of a cosmopolitan lifestyle. It provides multiple transportation options for residents to travel and connect. From here, it takes approximately 9 minutes5 to walk to Prince Edward station, Sham Shui Po station and Shek Kip Mei Station, providing an easy access to the Tsuen Wan Line and Kwun Tong Line of the rail station. Furthermore, bus and minibus can seamlessly transport residents to different school nets and destinations.
